These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Happylightwave website (happylightwave.vip) and the services provided by Happylightwave Pty Ltd at our physical hotel premises located at 48 Harrington Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. By accessing this website or staying at our hotel, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Happylightwave is a Scandinavian boutique luxury hotel offering accommodation, hospitality services and a casino-inspired atmosphere for in-person entertainment. We are a 100% offline, brick-and-mortar establishment. We do not offer, facilitate or host any online gambling, real-money gaming, betting or gambling accounts of any kind.
Booking requests submitted through this website are enquiries only and are not confirmed reservations. A reservation is confirmed only when our concierge team has contacted you, confirmed availability and accepted your booking in person or in writing.
Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Valid identification is required at check-in.
Cancellation policies vary by room category and are communicated at the time of confirmation. Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation.
All payments for accommodation and services are processed in person at our hotel. We do not process payments through this website.
All hotel services — including spa, restaurant, lounge, bar, concierge, conference and event facilities — are provided at our physical venue and are subject to availability. Some services require advance booking and may carry additional charges.
Our casino-inspired lounge is an in-person entertainment and atmosphere feature of the hotel. It is not a gambling facility and does not offer real-money gaming, betting or gambling accounts. Participation in any activities within the lounge is for entertainment purposes only and takes place face-to-face at our venue. We do not offer any online gambling or real-money gaming through this website or otherwise.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect for other guests, our staff and our property. Happylightwave reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay where a guest's conduct is unlawful, disruptive or unsafe.
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Happylightwave Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happylightwave Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this website, except where caused by our negligence or wilful default. Our liability in relation to hotel services is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
